How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.VPIsweeps.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.
Eligibility : VPI Fall Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry who are either veterinarian hospital employees, or pet owners.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
Veterinarian Hospital Employees: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for three (3) to Chicago, IL. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for three (3) (the winner and two (2) companions) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, triple occupancy); three (3) tickets to the AVMA 2013 Convention; and $500 spending money.
