Visit www.ESPN.com between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/13/08 and 30 minutes prior to the start of the Homestead-Miami Speedway NASCAR Nationwide Series™ race on 11/15/08 (“Promotion Period”), search for keyword “Nationwide”, play the Up to Speed Challenge and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry in the applicable First Prize drawing (see chart below) as well as earn points in the Grand Prize drawing.

(1) Grand Prize: A check in the amount of $100,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100,000.
