The open to individual legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia who, as of February 2, 2009, both (i) have reached the age of majority in their respective states of residence and (ii) are enrolled in one or more courses at post-secondary educational institutions
Timing :
Contest begins at 8:00:00 AM (ET) on 2/2/09 and ends at 10:00:00 AM (ET) on 4/1/09.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: (i) Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) (awarded as a check made payable to winner); (ii) a 5-day/4-night trip (the “Prize Trip”) for winner and his/her travel companion to Chicago, Illinois from June 17-21, 2009 to attend the 2009 Just for Laughs Comedy Festival (the “Festival”), which includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Chicago, IL (all air transportation details, including but not limited to seating and airports, determined by Sponsor), 4-nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (selected by Sponsor), round-trip ground transportation to/from hotel/airport (as determined by Sponsor), tickets to attend six different shows of the Festival (2 tickets per show; shows/seating selected by Sponsor), a Chicago city tour (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a $1,000 American Express® Gift Card; (iii) a “behind-the-scenes” experience for winner only (the “Experience”), which is scheduled to include a one-on-one meeting with the SVP/General Manager of Comedy Festivals for Turner Entertainment, the opportunity to shadow a member of the Festival staff and the opportunity to attend a Festival rehearsal (schedule subject to change; all Experience details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and (iv) a one-year’s supply of TWIX® Cookie Bars (awarded as 288 bars via two 144-bar shipments in each May and December 2009).
