Eligibility :
The “Trip for 2 to Hawaii” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Hawaii), Puerto Rico and Canada except employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC (hereafter “Sponsor”), Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries & all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law.
Timing :
The “Trip for 2 to Hawaii” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 1, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Three (3) Ways to Enter: 1) go to any Spirit Halloween retail store, purchase merchandise and provide your email address at the register; 2) go online to www.SpiritHalloween.com, make a purchase and provide your email address, OR 3) go online to www.SpiritHalloween.com and follow the Sweepstakes instructions to submit an online entry, including entering all required information. All entries must be received by November 1, 2008 at which time this sweepstakes ends.
Limit:
Only one entry per person, per day will be accepted.
Prize (s):
Winner will receive a prize package which consists of the following items; (i) a trip for winner and one guest to Hawaii, including: round trip coach class airfare from a commercial airport near winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor; (ii) five (5) nights at Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii-, standard room;. Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein (including, but not limited to, meals and gratuities), are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.
