- Write a short essay about your cold truth or choose one from the drop down menu.
- Fill out the entry form by providing all requested information including your full name, email address, complete mailing address, and phone number.
- Submit as instructed to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.
But wait, there’s more! Double your chances of winning by sharing the Tell Us Your Cold Truth Sweepstakes on Facebook. Simply click the “Share On Facebook” button on the Thank You page for an extra entry.
You may also participate by sending your full name, complete mailing address, phone number(s), birth date, and email address, along with what is your Cold Truth, on a 3 ½” x 5″ card in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Bayer ASP Tell Us Your Cold Truth Sweepstakes, PO Box 2713, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2713.
Regardless of method of entry, you can earn a maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Extra Entry, for a maximum of two (2) Total Entries per week per Weekly Entry Period throughout the Promotion Period.
