Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Contest Period.
Timing : Begin on November 8, 2010, at 9:00:01 A.M. ET and end on December 5, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person during the entire Contest Period. Two (2) or more people may appear in a Video Submission, but only one (1) entrant may appear in each Video Submission
Prize (s):
Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist Prize consists of the following: 1) a cash award in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Finalist or as otherwise determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), and, 2)a Prize Pack consisting of materials to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000). ARV of all Finalist Prizes is six thousand dollars ($6,000).
Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of 1) a cash award in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or as otherwise determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), 2) a Prize Pack consisting of materials to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (ARV $2,000), and the opportunity for the Grand Prize Winner to host (for their family and immediate neighbors) a Christmas party on December 25, 2010 (tentatively intended to include snow, ice skating, Christmas tree decorating, carolers, a catered brunch for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 200 guests, hot chocolate and coffee) (“Guaranteed White Christmas Event”) (ARV $8,000). The Grand Prize will also include the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner to participate in a live broadcast of the Guaranteed White Christmas Event at the Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence and surrounding area (“Broadcast”). Activities, props, number of guests, decorations, catered items and any other element of the Grand Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Total ARV of Grand Prize is twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000).
