Each time a Participant attempts to enter, he/she must follow the on-screen instructions and, in the spaces provided (using the entry mechanism provided), enter the following information: his/her first name, last name, street address (no P.O. boxes allowed), daytime telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and any other entry-related personally identifying information requested by the Sponsor (collectively your “Sweepstakes Registration”).
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).

Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) Prize awarded to one (1) Winner. The Prize will consist of the following: twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) awarded as a lump-sum payment in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
