How To Enter :During the Contest Period, to enter the Contest, Nominator or prospective Entrant must go online to www.MostGiftedWrapper.com (“Site”) and accurately and truthfully complete all mandatory elements of the Official Entry Form
Eligibility : Nominators: An eligible individual as described herein is referred to as a “Nominator.” To be eligible to nominate yourself or someone else, you must be age 18 or at least the age of the majority in their state (19 in NE and AL) as of July, 2013, and a legal U.S. resident residing in one of the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. Entrants: An eligible individual as described herein is referred to as an “Entrant.” To be eligible, Entrants must be legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C., and age 18 or at least the age of the majority in their state (19 in NE and AL) , as of July, 2013.
Timing : The Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) July 10, 2013, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) September 22, 2013 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : Limit one entry per person, household or email address.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 check made payable to the Grand Prize winner. Seven (7) runners-up prizes worth a total of $4,500, allocated as follows:
$2,500 for the Round Three finalist.
A $500 American Express® Gift Card for each of the two (2) Round Two finalists.
A $250 American Express® Gift Card for each of the four (4) Round One finalists.
One (1) Nominator Prize (to be awarded only if the Grand Prize winner names a nominator who completed the online form prior to entrant’s entry submission date): $500.00 check made payable to the person who nominated the Grand Prize Winner. If more than one person nominated the Grand Prize winner, the person who the Grand Prize winner named as their nominator in his/her Entry will be eligible to win the $500.00 Nominator Prize.
Special Offer: The first 50 people who submit their qualified Entry during the Entry Phase will receive an assortment of new Scotch® Expressions Tapes (ARV: $40).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each contestant prize package (including the travel and meal expenses set out above) is between $2,000 and $11,850, depending on whether a contestant is the Grand Prize winner or a Round Three, Round Two or Round One semi-finalist.
