How To Enter : To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must (a) go to www.lifetimemoms.com (the “Website”) (and, if already a member, sign in); (b) click on the box for the SCJ Clean Start Challenge Sweepstakes; (c) complete the registration form; (individually an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).
Eligibility : SCJ Clean Start Challenge Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is only open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority, as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 4, 2011, and ends at 11:59:59PM (ET) on March 31, 2011 (“Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :
Three (3) Monthly Prizes each consisting of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) awarded in the name of the Monthly Prize winner in the form of a check, and one (1) S.C. Johnson Gift Basket, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) (“Monthly Prize”). Total ARV of all Monthly Prizes is Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,150.00).
Grand Prize Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) awarded in the name of the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check; and one (1) S.C. Johnson Gift Basket (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize ARV is Five Thousand Fifty Dollars ($5,050.00).
