Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.
Timing : Sargento Back to School Shopping Spree Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2012 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on October 31, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize of $5,000 in the form of a check to be used toward a shopping spree. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
One hundred (100) First Prize winners each will receive a check card in the amount of $200. Check cards are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. ARV of each First Prize is $200.
