Eligibility : The “Rock, Paper, Skittles” promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all legal residents currently residing in the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry.
Timing : Promotion begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on March 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on May 31, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : You can play up to twelve (12) matches each day.
Prize (s) :
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Skittles-encrusted Rock, Paper, Skittles Championship belt and $50,000 in the form of a check made payable to the winner, or to winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF GRAND PRIZE: $50,200.
FIRST PRIZES (250): Two hundred and fifty (250) First Prize winners will each receive a Rock, Paper, Skittles kit including one (1) Single-Serve package of Skittles® Candies Original, two (2) Skittles-branded sweatbands, and one (1) plastic trophy. ARV OF EACH FIRST PRIZE: $38.00.
SECOND PRIZES (3,000): Three thousand (3,000) Second Prize winners will each receive a coupon redeemable for one single-serve package of Skittles® Candies. ARV OF EACH SECOND PRIZE: $1.89.
