How To Enter : To enter the Contest, during the Entry Period, access the Sponsor’s Facebook page at www.bestlobsterfest.com (the “Website”), “Like” the page if you have not already done so and follow the on-screen entry instructions to submit an entry via the application provided under the Contest tab on the Website. Each entrant will be required to submit his or her name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth and such other information as Sponsor may require. In addition, each entrant must submit via the application either a photograph (each a “Photograph”) or a video (each a “Video”) demonstrating why the entrant loves lobster.
Eligibility : The Red Lobster “Lobsterfest” Contest (the “Contest”), sponsored by GMRI, Inc. (“Sponsor”), is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who as of the date of entry are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
Timing : The entry period for the Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on February 25, 2014 and ends at 10:00 a.m. ET on March 24, 2014.
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email account per 24 hours.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be offered. The Grand Prize is $5,000 (awarded in the currency of the winner’s jurisdiction of residence and in the form of a check or another payment method designated by Sponsor) and a Red Lobster eGift card or physical gift card (as determined by Sponsor in its discretion) with a face value of $1,100. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,100.00.
First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prizes will be offered. Each First Prize consists of a Red Lobster t-shirt and a Red Lobster eGift card or physical gift card (as determined by Sponsor in its discretion) with a face value of $100. All prize details (including the size, color, and design of each t-shirt) will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. The ARV of each first prize is $108.00.
Second Prizes: One Hundred (100) Second Prizes will be offered. Each Second Prize consists of a Red Lobster t-shirt. All prize details (including the size, color, and design of each t-shirt) will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $8.00.
