How To Enter : Log on to www.tidycats.com, click on the Contest link and follow the instructions to complete the on-line entry form and upload your video (“Entry”).
Eligibility : The Contest is offered and open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of AL or NE) and who own one or more cats. Open to amateur videographers only; individuals who earn their primary income as a photographer/videographer are not eligible.
Timing : The Purina® Tidy Cats® “Pet Projects” Design Challenge (“Contest”) starts at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on July 5, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on August 16, 2011 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit : Limit one entry per person/household
Prize (s) :
TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each winner will receive a $10,000 cash award paid in the form of a check, as well as a trip to New York City for two including roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and one guest from a major airport near winner’s home to New York City, a one night stay for winner and one guest at a New York City area hotel chosen by the Sponsor (standard room, double occupancy) and ground transportation to and from the airport in New York City. All other costs of trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals while traveling, airline baggage fees and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner prefers not to fly – or lives within 250 miles of New York, a travel stipend of $1,000.00 will be awarded in lieu of the airfare. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $14,000.00. (Total ARV: $28,000.00)
EIGHT (8) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: Each Runner-Up will receive $500.00 check. Total ARV: $4,000.00
