Eligibility : You are eligible to enter this contest if you are 18 years of age or older as of December 30, 2009, and are a legal United States resident residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia during the competition.
Promotion Period : The PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Recipe Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. on December 30, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on April 2, 2010 (EST). All submissions must be received or postmarked by 11:59 PM (EST) on April 2, 2010.

Limit : You may enter as many different recipes as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately.
Prize (s):
One grand prize winner and three runners up will be selected in the Entree / Main Dish category. The grand prize winner will receive $5,000 and a private cooking party with five of their friends consisting of a personal chef to teach a cooking class in the winner’s home or a venue of the winner’s choice to take place within 6 months of claiming the grand prize. All catering, food and wine expenses will be covered. Winner must provide location for event. The party is valued at $1,500, for an approximate retail value of the grand prize totaling $6,500.
The three runners up will receive products from Taste of Home and Every Day with Rachael Ray, including merchandising, cookware and cookbooks, valued at $250.
One winner will be selected in the Side Dish category. The winner will receive $1,000 and products from Taste of Home and Every Day with Rachael Ray, including merchandising, cookware and cookbooks, valued at $1,250.
