Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing :
The Pepperidge Farm Holiday Win and Give Instant Win Game (“Game”) begins at 12:01 AM ET on 11/3/08 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/11/09 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Go to www.pepperidgefarm.com/share at any time during the Promotion Period. Complete the registration page including your name, address, birth date, email address, telephone, password and a UPC code from a participating Pepperidge Farm product. A free code will be available on the website. You will also be asked to choose a charity from among the following charities: Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Dress for Success, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America, or Feeding America (“Eligible Charities”). Once completed, click “submit” and you will be taken to the Game play page. Follow the instructions, and you will be instantly told online if your Game play is a winning or non-winning Game play. If you receive a winning Game play, you will be told online how to claim your prize. The Instant Win winning moments will be seeded randomly each day by Sponsor throughout the Promotion Period. Game play must be completed during the Promotion Period in order to be valid. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed valid unless verified by Sponsor.

Prize (s):
(70) Daily Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded each day throughout the Promotion Period. Each Daily Prize Winner will receive $1,000 cash for themselves and a $1,000 donation will be made by Pepperidge Farm to the Eligible Charity selected by the winner upon registration. The donation portion of the prize will be awarded to the Eligible Charity designated by the winner on behalf of the winner and the cash prize will be awarded as a check, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $1,000/each. Odds of winning a Daily Prize: 1:7,143.
