Eligibility : Participation in the $100,000 Film Critic Challenge (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of CT, MA, NJ, NH, NY, PA, or RI who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : National Amusements $100,000 Critic Challenge starts at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, February 1, 2010 and ends 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, March 4, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : The Promotion consists of a Grand Prize Sweepstakes and a Contest. During the Promotion Period, visit www.nationalamusements.com, click on Promotion icon or banner and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online registration form.
Limit : One (1) Sweepstakes/Contest entry per person and per email address.

Five (5) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes: An annual pass valid for courtesy admission for two (2) at any participating National Amusement theatre location. Expires 12/31/2010. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,040 each.
$100,000 Critic Challenge Grand Prize: One prize of $100,000 is available to be won should an entrant correctly pick all twenty (20) winners in the Academy Awards® categories offered in this contest. Should there be more than one winner, the $100,000 prize will be shared equally among all verified winners.
