Eligibility :
The Make Your Dream Bathroom Come True Photo Contest and Spin To Win Game is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Timing :
The Make Your Dream Bathroom Come True Photo Contest and Spin To Win Game (the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 1, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the “Photo Contest,” entrant (“Entrant”) must visit www.DreamBathroomContest.com (the “Website”) at any time during the Promotion Period and: (a) follow on-screen instructions to upload a maximum of two (2) photos of your bathroom that needs refurbishment (the “Submission”); (b) add descriptions to your Submission; (c) register with SPONSOR by completing all required fields contained on the Website (“Registration”); and (d) electronically agree to these Official Rules (collectively, the “Photo Contest Entry”).

Limit:
Limit one (1) Photo Contest Entry per person or email address.

Prize (s):

Spin-To-Win Game / Prizes:
Ninety-one (91) Game Prizes will be awarded.
The Game is an instant win game in which each Game participant is given a chance to spin the prize wheel for the chance to win one (1) Moenâ„¢ Nurture Showerhead (“Game Prize”) (ARV $55.30 USD each).

Photo Contest:
Exactly one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of $10,000 in cash will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$15,032.30

Winners List:
For the names of the Photo Contest winner and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dream Bathroom Photo Share Contest c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and the names of prize winners must be made by December 31, 2009. Please note on the front left- hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Prize Winner.” Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
