How To Enter : To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must (a) go to www.mylifetime.com (the “Website”) and register for free to become a member (or, if already a member, sign in); (b) click on the box for the Make It Work In NYC Sweepstakes; and (c) complete the registration form by providing your first name, last name, address, phone number, date of birth, and e-mail address; (individually an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”).
Eligibility : MAKE IT WORK IN NYC SWEEPSTAKES (“the Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on July 16, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 AM EDT on August 20, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
Limit : Limit five (5) Entries per person/day/e-mail address.

FIVE (5) WEEKLY PRIZES: One (1) Weekly Prize Winner from each Weekly Entry Period will receive one (1) L’Oreal gift basket to be designated by Sponsor and Promotional Partners. ARV of each Weekly Prize: $250.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) traveling companion aged 21 years or older (hereinafter, “Guest”) to New York City, New York on three (3) consecutive days to be designated by Sponsor between September 4, 2012 and September 11, 2012 to attend the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway consisting of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor and/or a Promotional Partner) from a major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City, New York for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy including all taxes and surcharges) at a hotel designated by Sponsor and Promotional Partners in New York City, New York; (iii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between New York City airport and hotel and between hotel and set of Project Runway; (iv) a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Rue La La account credit (subject to terms and conditions of use [e.g., becoming a registered member of ruelala.com, if not already a member]) redeemable only at the www.ruelala.com website and any unused portion of the account credit expires one (1) year from date of delivery to winner’s Rue La La account; (v) two (2) tickets to the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (vi) two (2) dinners [alcoholic beverages not included as part of Grand Prize] each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a top-rated restaurant to be designated by Sponsor or Promotional Partner in New York City, New York; and (vii) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. ARV of Grand Prize will not exceed $18,000.00 and may vary based on itinerary.
