A) Get a Code: During the Promotion Period, you can get an alpha-numberic code (“Code”) via the following methods:
i) Under the cap: Find specially-marked “Lipton SUNday” Lipton Iced Tea products. Look under the cap to find one (1) Code when purchasing one of the following specially-marked “Lipton SUNday” Lipton Iced Tea products: 1 gallon jug, 16.9 oz. 12-packs, 20 oz. 24-packs (select flavors/varieties include: Peach, Lemon, Green Tea Citrus, Diet Green Tea Citrus, Half and Half), and 16.9 oz. 24-packs (Iced Green Tea only). Not all products/sizes are available in all areas;
ii) Text Message: During the Promotion Period, text “SUNDAY” to 699376 to receive one (1) Code. By participating, participants agree to receive up to three (3) text messages per request about the Promotion from Sponsor (as defined below). Participants requesting a Code via text message may incur a standard text message and data charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Limit one (1) Code request per mobile phone number per day via this method.
iii) Mail-in: for one (1) free Code, send your complete e-mail address postmarked by 8/20/14 (received by 8/27/14) to Lipton SUNday
B) Enter Your Code: Visit www.liptonsunday.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to create a profile and participate in the Promotion. Each time you submit a Code you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing (see Rule 4 below) and receive one (1) Instant Win game Play. No other forms of entry are valid.
Eligibility : YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES or D.C. THROUGHOUT THE PROMOTION PERIOD WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
Timing : Promotion begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 16, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 6, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

INSTANT WIN PRIZE DETAILS:
Each Instant Win Prize shall consist of “minutes” which the winner can redeem on the Website for pre-determined list of virtual or physical tasks (collectively “Tasks”, each a “Task”). Participant may choose from among the following categories: Travel, Personal Services, Dining/Entertainment/Shopping, Household Chores and Wedding/Event Planning.
One thousand (1,000) “120 Minute” Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a credit of one hundred twenty (120) minutes which can be redeemed for a Task or Tasks as described above. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): between $28 and $110.00 depending on whether the Tasks are physical tasks or online tasks.
Four thousand (4,000) “60 Minute” Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a credit of sixty (60) minutes which can be redeemed for a Task or Tasks as described above. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): between $14 and $58.50, depending on whether the Tasks are physical tasks or online tasks.
Ninety-five thousand (95,000) “30 Minute” Instant Win Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a credit of thirty (30) minutes which can be redeemed for a Task or Tasks as described above. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): $7.00 for online tasks.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DETAILS:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of six thousand dollars ($6,000) which winner can use towards the purchase of home cleaning services for an entire year. Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000.
Two hundred eighty (280) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a one (1) month subscription to FancyHands, Inc. (“Fancy Hands”) which is five (5) 30 minute tasks during the month, a service provider which utilizes local “Assistants” to perform virtual tasks for its subscribers. First Prize is subject to terms and conditions, which will be disclosed to winner at the time of award. ARV: $25.
