Eligibility :
The Kahlua Saves The Holiday Party is open only to legal residents of the states of Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas who are 21 years of age at the time of entry except California, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

The Kahlua Saves The Holiday Party begins at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on December 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on December 7, 2008

Access the Kahlúa Website at www.KahluaSavesTheHolidayParty.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Complete the Application located on the website for your chance to nominate your company for the ultimate holiday party.

One entry per person.
Prize (s):
Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded, one in each of the participating states. Winner will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) and a Kahlua “Party In A Box”. Approximate retail value of prize is $10,800.
