Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence on the date of entry, a legal resident of and physically located in the fifty (50) United States (including DC but excluding Puerto Rico, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, and foreign-based United States military installations).
Timing :
The entry period for The Judge Mathis Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by AND Syndicated Productions, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), begins September 8, 2008 at 6:00 a.m. ET and ends October 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”).
How to enter:
The only way to enter the Sweepstakes is via the internet. To enter, watch an episode of “The Judge Mathis Show” (the “Show”) during the Entry Period. Then, log on to www.judgemathistv.com the same day on which the episode of the Show you watched was broadcast, find the information that refers to the Sweepstakes and follow the appropriate links to register. Register for the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period by including your name, your complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), your primary phone number (with area code), your cell phone number or alternate phone number (if any) (with area code), your birth date and your e-mail address. In addition, you must answer the question found on the entry page relating to the episode of the Show that was broadcast on the day you enter the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
One (1) entry per day per household/valid e-mail address during the Entry Period.
Prize (s):
The Grand Prize Winner will receive $3,000.00 in cash (less any deduction required by federal state, and/or local law or regulation)that may be used to purchase gasoline for the Grand Prize Winner’s car.
