Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

How to enter:
Go to www.nancys.com and visit the Contest link to “Plan a Party in a Click.” By selecting items from several “categories” (examples include Theme, Menu, Tableware, and others), contestants will be able to personalize a digital party collage. Contestants must plan their party from the themes and choices made available on the site. Contestants may select one or multiple images from each category for their collage, but they are not required to use an image from every category. In addition to dragging and dropping images to populate the party collage, contestants must also enter their best personal “Party Planning Tip” in a text box below the collage. Party Planning Tip must be limited to 100 words or less. Submission of an entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify all parts of such entry, including the tip, in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant. Submission of any entry further constitutes the entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title and interest in entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights. Tips must be the original work of the entrant; may not have won previous awards; may not have been published previously; must not infringe third-party rights, and must be suitable for publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent).
