How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit www.goya.com (“Website”) and follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) video (“Video”) which demonstrates why you are Goya’s Greatest Fan!
Eligibility : Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing : The Promotion begins on January 1, 2011 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit (1) one entry into the Video Contest per household.
Prize (s) :
Video Contest: Eleven (11) Prizes: One (1) $7,500, and ten (10) $75;
Photo Contest: Eleven (11) Prizes: One (1) $7,500, and ten (10) $75;
Essay Contest: Eleven (11) Prizes: One (1) $7,500, and ten (10) $75;
Overall Top Vote Recipient Grand Prize: Chance to win an additional $75,000, $7,500 or $5,000 (See Rule 14, minimum additional prize awarded is $5,000); and
Voter Sweepstakes: One (1) Prize: $5,000. Odds of winning the Voter Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Voting Phase.
For all prizes: Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Grand Prize: The verified Submission that receives the most votes of any of the Contests will be declared the Grand Prize Winner (“GPW”) and have the chance to win an additional $75,000, $7,500 or $5,000 prize. Once a GPW is verified, a representative of the Sponsor will visit the GPW at a mutually convenient location and time. At that visit, the GPW will be handed a set of twenty-seven (27) sealed and uniquely numbered envelopes (“Envelopes”). The Envelopes will consist of five (5) envelopes containing the message “$75,000,” seventeen (17) envelopes containing the message “$7,500,” and five (5) envelopes containing the message “$5,000.” The GPW must open Envelopes one at a time until five (5) envelopes containing messages of the same prize level are revealed. The GPW must stop opening the Envelopes after five (5) envelopes containing messages of the same prize level have been revealed, thus determining the prize amount the GPW wins. If the GPW continues to open Envelopes after five (5) envelopes for any particular prize level have been opened by the GPW, then the Sponsor is relieved of all liability for that GPW and no prize will be awarded. Approximate odds of the GPW winning $75,000 is 1 in 212, $7,500 is 210 in 212 and $5,000 is 1 in 212.
