Food Network’s Tools for School Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
o enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants who have won a prize in any Scripps Networks promotion (i.e., Food Network, HGTV, Fine Living, DIY Network, and Great American Country) in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win a prize. The Sweepstakes, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States. Employees of Sponsor, Kraft Foods, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc., other participating sponsors, and Sweepstakes Administrator, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Timing :
Food Network’s “Tools for School” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time (“ET”)) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on September 2, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

How to enter:
Two Ways to Enter: 1) Online Entry: Visit the Food Network website at www.foodnetwork.com (the “Web Site”), fill in the online entry form, submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period, and you will be entered; or 2) Mail Entry: On a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, legibly hand-print your name, address, zip code, age, plus day and evening phone numbers (including area code). Then, mail your postcard or paper in a first-class postage affixed envelope to: Food Network’s “Tools for School” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 872, Culver City, CA 90232. You may enter as often as you like by mail. Limit of one (1) mail entry per envelope.

Limit :
Limit of one (1) online entry per person per day.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Winner shall win the following: (i) Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) in cash (awarded in the form of a check).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$55,000.
