Eligibility :
To enter the Food Network’s Spice Up the Season Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants who have won a prize in any Scripps Networks promotion (i.e., Food Network, HGTV, Fine Living, DIY Network, and Great American Country) in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period are ineligible to enter or win a prize.
Timing :
Food Network’s Spice Up the Season Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time (“ET”)) on November 3, 2008, and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on December 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
Visit the Food Network website at www.foodnetwork.com (the “Website”), fill in the online entry form, submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit of one (1) online Entry per person per day
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) in cash. Total value of Grand Prize: $5,000.
