How To Enter : You will need to obtain a code to enter the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to obtain a code.
1. Watch Dexter on NUVOtv: During the Promotion Period, watch NUVOtv for the code that will appear during the premiere broadcast (the “first time episode airs”) of Dexter at 9:00 p.m. ET on the following dates: 1/13/14, 1/20/14, 1/27/14, and 2/3/14. Check your local listing for broadcast time. A new code will be displayed during each broadcast. Each code will act as a password for entry into the drawing for the Entry Period during which the code was displayed.
2. Alternate Method to Obtain a Code: During the Promotion Period, if you did not obtain a code by watching the broadcast of Dexter on NUVOtv or if for any reason the program did not air or the code was not displayed during the broadcast of the program, you may request a code by visiting catchdexter.com, clicking the “Don’t Have A Code” link and following the instructions to enter your email address. The code will be emailed to the email address provided within twenty-four (24) hours. To receive a code for an Entry Period, you must submit your code request by 3:00 p.m. on the Friday during that Entry Period.
Once you have obtained a code, there are two (2) ways to enter:
By the Internet (a free means of entry): During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes through the Sweepstakes application on the Facebook Platform at facebook.com/nuvoTV (the “Facebook Platform”) after you “Like” the NUVOtv Facebook Page, or alternatively, you may visit the website catchdexter.com (the “Website”) (collectively the “Sweepstakes Websites”) and follow the entry instructions. You may only enter at one (1) of the Sweepstakes Websites during the Sweepstakes Period.
By Mobile Phone Text Messaging: To enter via text message, text the above referenced code to 95248. Each cell phone number and wireless service provider/carrier will automatically be captured in the database. Each entrant will then receive a text message reply confirming the entry into the Sweepstakes and a link to the Official Rules.
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam and where prohibited by law.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 13, 2014 and ends at 8:59:59 PM EST on February 9, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) per person/email address/mobile number during each Entry Period (one (1) per entry method).
Prize (s) :
Each First Prize Winner will receive a three (3) night, four (4) day trip for two (2) to Miami, Florida including: roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the major airport closest to winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, transportation to/from destination airport to hotel, three (3) nights’ accommodations at SLS Hotel South Beach or a comparable hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) room, double occupancy), daily continental breakfast for two (2), One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100) food/beverage credit, and Two Hundred-Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250) spending cash. Trip must by taken by December 31, 2014. Odds of winning the First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the applicable Sweepstakes Registration Period. ARV: $4,750.
Each First Prize Winner will also take part in the Grand Prize Drawing for a chance to win One Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars ($100,000). Each First Prize Winner will be asked to select a number between 1 and 500, write the selected number on a piece of paper and send via certified mail to Administrator. Administrator will have Insurance Agency randomly draw a number between 1 and 500. If any of the First Prize Winner’s numbers match the Insurance Agency’s number, he/she will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner and receive $100,000 in the form of a check. In the event that one (1) or more of the First Prize Winner’s numbers match the Insurance Agency’s number, the $100,000 will be divided equally among each Winner. Odds of winning: 1:125. ARV: $100,000.
