Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States, and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) (“Eligibility Area”) who are 13 years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period.
Timing : The 2012 Oreo® Blizzard® 100 Promotion consists of a grand prize drawing and various weekly, semi-monthly and monthly random drawings (“Promotion”) and will commence at 8:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2012 (the “Start Date”) and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2012 (the “End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).
