Eligibility :
The Cooking Light Ultimate Reader Cooking Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at time of entry. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.
Timing :
Between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, February 27, 2009, and 11:59 PM on Monday, May 25, 2009 (the “Contest Entry Period”).
How to enter:
To enter online, visit our website at www.CookingLight.com/marketplace and follow the directions provided.
Limit:
There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit, but each recipe must be original, unpublished, tested in your home kitchen, and may not have won any other recipe contest.
Prize (s):
Five (5) prizes will be awarded: Four (4) category winners (one from each category) and one overall Grand Prize Winner (selected from among the four category winners). Each category winner will receive $5,000. The Grand Prize Winner will receive $20,000 cash, with the Grand Prize Winner’s category prize being donated to the winner’s favorite 501(c)(3) charity.
Nine (9) Sponsor prizes will also be awarded. Each Sponsor prizewinner will receive $500 cash. Sponsor winners will be determined by Cooking Light representatives and will not compete in or attend any cook-off activity. Finalists are not eligible for Sponsor prizes.
