How To Enter : To enter the Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water “Take Home a Warhol” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), log on to www.perrier.com/Warhol (the “Web site”) and complete the registration form
Eligibility : Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : Beginning at Noon ET on 6/24/13 and ending at Noon ET on 9/30/13 (the “Promotion Period”)
Limit : One (1) entry per person, per day.
Prize (s) :
There will be ninety-eight (98) Weekly Sweepstakes winners throughout the Promotion Period (seven (7) winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes). Weekly prizewinners will each receive one (1) Brillo Box Pouf created by Quinze & Milan in conjunction with The Andy Warhol Foundation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize: $425.
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive (i) an unsigned Andy Warhol color trial proof screen-print titled “Space Fruit: Lemons,” on Strathmore paper, 30? x 40 in. (76.5 x 101.6 cm), stamped by the Estate of Andy Warhol and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc., executed in 1978 and includes certificate of provenance; approximate value $38,000; and (ii) $15,000 awarded as a check. All applicable taxes, insurance, inspections, appraisals, valuations, storage, preservation equipment or any other costs incurred in claiming or maintaining the prize artwork will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
