Eligibility : The Mrs Baird’s Ultimate Summer Block Party is open to legal residents of Oklahoma, Texas and Roosevelt, Doña Ana, Curry, and Lea counties in New Mexico who are 18 years of age or older on May 18, 2009.
Promotion Period : The Mrs Baird’s Ultimate Summer Block Party begins at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) Sunday, May 17, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM CT Sunday, June 7, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).
How To Enter : Go to www.mrsbairds.com and click to view the Mrs Baird’s Ultimate Summer Block Party promotion where you can enter by completing the online Entry Form.
Limit : Only one (1) entry, whether online or via mail will be accepted per participant.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Prize includes a block party hosted, if possible, in the neighborhood in which the winner resides and catering for 300 people by the Ultimate Smoker and Grill.
Food and Beverages will be provided by the Ultimate Smoker and Grill. Menu is to be determined. No alcohol will be provided by the Sponsor or the Ultimate Smoker and Grill.
No prize may be substituted for cash or alternative prizes or services unless specified in these Official Rules. Prizes will only be awarded in the name of the winner and may not be reassigned, sold, bartered or given to another person.
In the event that the winner’s location does not allow the block party, or it is prohibited by law or other governing bodies such as homeowner associations, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate site.
Estimated retail value of the prize is $5,500.
