SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: (i) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There is one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a two (2) hour personal cooking demonstration in his/her home from the renowned Chef Rocco DiSpirito for the Sweepstakes Winner and six (of his/her) guests at a date and time prior to 2/28/10 that is mutually agreeable to the Winner and Chef Rocco DiSpirito, along with a personalized photograph with Chef Rocco DiSpirito for the Sweepstakes Winner’s own personal collection. All details of the cooking demonstration, including menu selection, will be as jointly agreed upon by the Sweepstakes Winner and Chef Rocco DiSpirito and/or Sponsor prior to the agreed-upon cooking demonstration date. Sponsor and/or Chef Rocco DiSpirito will provide necessary food ingredients and cooking utensils. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $1,500 and includes planning, purchase/provision of groceries and necessary cooking utensils, personal instruction and meal preparation. Sponsor has no liability for any scheduling conflicts of Chef Rocco DiSpirito or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control which interfere with or preclude Chef Rocco DiSpirito’s presence or availability at the cooking demonstration; and, in the event of such a circumstance, the Sweepstakes Winner shall receive as full substitution for the Grand Prize, the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in lieu of the Grand Prize as described above.
