Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of CT, FL, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI and VT who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of MatchPoint Marketing, LLC (“Sponsor”), Kayem® Foods Incorporated, their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Timing :
The Kayem® “Full House Guaranteed” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 5/4/08 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 9/30/08 at 11:59 PM ET.
How to Enter :
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Online – visit www.KayemPokerSweeps.com to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/08.
By mail – Hand print your name, complete address, phone number, and e-mail address (optional) on a postcard. Mail your completed entry to: Kayem® “Full House Guaranteed” Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 41, Carnegie, PA 15106. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/30/08 and received by 10/7/08. Entries must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproduction of entries permitted.
Limit :
Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: a custom poker table displaying the Kayem® logo. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,750.
Twenty-Five (25) First Prizes: each a custom set of poker chips displaying the Kayem® logo, ARV $123 each.
Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes: each a custom deck of playing cards displaying the Kayem® logo, ARV $5 each.
