No matter if your grill is old, rusted and/or kinked, they want to see it. Share a photo online at uglygrill.johnsonville.com or via social medias using #UglyGrillContest for your chance to win the title and a patio furniture set including a brand new gas grill. Other winners will receive a gas grill valued at $500.
Share Your Ugly Grill With #UglyGrillContest
This Contest consists of 5 rounds and 1 finalist round, as detailed below:
- Entry Round #1: From March 28 to April 3, 2016.
- Entry Round #2: From April 4 to April 10, 2016.
- Entry Round #3: From April 11 to April 17, 2016.
- Entry Round #4: From April 18 to April 24, 2016.
- Entry Round #5: From April 25 to May 1, 2016.
- Finalist Round: From May 5 to May 13, 2016.
Each Entry Period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. CDT and end at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on the applicable day.
In order to participate, you must share a photo of your ugly grill. During the Entry Period, snap a photo of your old, rusted and/or kinked grill and upload your photo online at uglygrill.johnsonville.com. You’ll also be required to complete and submit the entry form provided on the page to receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
You may also enter using social media, as described below:
- Via Facebook: Visit the Johnsonville Facebook page and post your photo to the Johnsonville timeline including the hashtag #UglyGrillContest.
- Via Instagram: Follow @Johnsonville on Instagram and post your photo using #UglyGrillContest. Be sure to tag @JvilleSausage.
- Via Twitter: Follow @Johnsonville on Twitter and tweet your photo. Include the hashtag #UglyGrillContest and tag @Johnsonville.
You can enter once per day using each of the method of entry, for a total of 4 entries per day throughout the Promotion Period.
All submissions will be judged based on the following 3 criteria:
- Creativity of the submitted photograph (25%).
- Contest relevancy (24%).
- How well the submitted photograph represents the Johnsonville brand (51%).
Johnsonville Ugly Grill Contest Prizes
Johnsonville will award a total of $15,000 in prizes, as detailed below:
- Grand Prize Winner (1): A patio furniture set and a gas grill.
- Finalist Prize (25): A gas grill.
Beginning on May 18, 2016, you can obtain the names of the winners by sending a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Crescendo Collective, Attention: Ugly Grill Contest Winner List, 131 W. Seeboth St., Suite 301, Milwaukee, WI53204. Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2016.
Eligibility
The Johnsonville Ugly Grill Contest 2016 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the majority in their state of residence, whichever is older.
