Eligibility : Filtrete Healthy Home Remodel Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) years of age, except for Alabama and Nebraska where the age of majority is nineteen (19) years of age, and Mississippi where the age of majority is twenty-one (21) years of age) at the time of entry, and a current home owner with a forced air system.
Timing : The Contest begins on January 31, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : Each entrant may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Contest Period.
Prize (s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $30,000 worth of home repairs/renovations/inspection. A Holmes Approved inspector will do the inspection and a Holmes Approved Contractor will do the subsequent repairs, all of which will be coordinated by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30,000.
FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: $5,000. ARV: $5,000.
