Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories). Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Warner Bros. Entertainment Group, AOL LLC (AOL), and RealTime Media, Inc. (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Timing :
This Sweepstakes may be entered during the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., June 17, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., July 31, 2008 (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter :
By going to the Sweepstakes entry page on Sponsor’s website, Disney Family.com (“Website”). For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”), “Day” shall mean each calendar day during the Entry Period, and all times and Days are Pacific Daylight Time. If you are a registered member of the Website (“Member”), you will be prompted to enter your Member Name and Password and click on the “submit” button (“Entry”). If you are not a Member, you must first register at the Website for free before you can enter the Sweepstakes. To register, complete the Registration Form at the Website. After registering as a Member, follow the instructions above to enter the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address (“Address”). To do so, under “Member Information,” click on “Modify” to change your Address.
Limit :
Three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per person for the length of the Promotion.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will be awarded up to one (1) year’s supply of Chefs Diet “My Total Solutions” meals for a family of four (“Product”); or Winner can choose to receive a 9 month, a six month or a 3 month supply of the Product (approximate retail value [“ARV”] for 12 months = $44,500; ARV for 9 months = $ 33,375 ; ARV for 6 months = $22,250; ARV for 3 months = $11,125 ). The Winner will also be awarded a cash prize of $5,000 (awarded as a check) to be used towards payment of income and sales taxes payable as a result of winning the prize.
