Eligibility :
Christmas Cookies Photo Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Promotion.
Timing :
The Christmas Cookies Photo Contest begins on December 8, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on January 23, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”) and consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.

How to enter:
The Contest: During the Submission Phase, visit http://allrecipes.promo.eprize.com/cookiecontest and follow the links and instructions to register for the Promotion. Complete the registration, including a valid home mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.  Submit photo(s) of Christmas cookies from the the following four (4) cookie categories Drop, Spritz, Cut-out, and Bars (each a “Category”, collectively, the “Categories)  in order to receive an entry into the Contest (the “Submission”).
The Sweepstakes: During the Voting Phase, visit http://allrecipes.promo.eprize.com/cookiecontest and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. boxes are not permitted). Once you submit the form, follow the links and instructions to  vote for the Submission you believe is best. You will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for voting.
Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase, the Finalists’ Submissions will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at http://allrecipes.promo.eprize.com/cookiecontest.
Limit:
You may submit five (5) Submissions per Category during the Submission Phase.
Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.
Each voter may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.
