The American Laser Centers Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of 12/1/08 and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations.

How to enter:
You may enter by completing the online entry form, which includes name, address,telephone number, email address and other information. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.
Limit:
You may enter once during the sweepstakes period.
