Eligibility : The Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.
Timing : The Texaco with Techron® Instant Win Game (“Game”) will begin at 12:00:01 am CDT on September 1, 2010, and is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 pm CDT on November 30, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Game Play per person and per email address per day.
Prize (s):
Three (3) Grand Prizes: One Grand Prize will be available to be awarded each month of the Promotion Period. Each Grand Prize consists of the award of Texaco with Techron® Gas for a Year (subject to the limitations stated herein). Each Texaco with Techron® Gas for a Year Prize will be awarded in the form of Texaco Gift Cards with a total value of $2,250. Based on driving 15,000 miles per year at 20MPG and cost of gas at $3.00 per gallon. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,250 each.
Six hundred (600) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of a one (1) night stay at a La Quinta Inns & Suites (ARV is approximately $75 each). Prizes will be awarded as a gift certificate good for one standard room (maximum four (4) people) for one (1) night, tax included, at participating La Quinta Inns & Suites locations. Before submitting the gift certificate to a La Quinta Inns & Suites, you should verify that the particular La Quinta Inns & Suites is a participating location. Gift certificates shall expire on May 30, 2011 and are subject to issuer’s restrictions, terms and conditions as stated thereon.
Two thousand four hundred (2,400) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) $10 Texaco Gift Card (ARV is $10 each).
Total ARV of all prizes: $75,750
