How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, visit sportsauthoritybacktoschool.com during the Registration Period, which begin at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time on July 21, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 pm on August 31, 2014, to connect to the Sweepstakes registration page. Fully complete the on-line registration with all required information, including your name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, birth date, phone number (including area code), and the name and location (city and state) of the school you nominate to receive the school portion donation of the prizing below. Maximum of one entry per person or per valid email address.
Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to members of The League by Sports Authority who are legal U.S. residents of the (50) United States, D.C. and Puerto Rico, who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. or Puerto Rico driver’s license or government issued ID. To obtain a Sports Authority League Member ID, visit www.sportsauthorityleague.com.

Maximum of Ten (10) Grand Prize Awards Available:Â Each Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- A $500.00 Sports Authority League Reward, awarded in the form of a $500.00 deposit into the grand prize winner’s Sports Authority League Member ID account, as submitted and verified during sweepstakes registration. Total maximum value of prize per winner is $500.00.
- Sports Authority shall also make a $5,000.00 donation, awarded in the form of a $5,000.00 Sports Authority League Reward, to the grand prize winner’s nominated school based upon acceptance of such award by the nominated school.
