Eligibility :
Sears Dorm Room Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Colorado) who are at least seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sears Holdings Corporation, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Colorado and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.sears.com/dormmakeover and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit :
You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice between a dorm room makeover by Michael Moloney or a $4,500 Sears gift card. For Makeover Option: Makeover to occur at a date and time determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Value of merchandise used in makeover not to exceed $4,500.
