Eligibility : Red Robin’s THE PEOPLE’S BURGER Contest (“Contest”) is open to Entrants who, as of the Contest start date, are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) except where prohibited.
Timing : The Contest begins on July 26, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 11, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

One Entrant’s Burger will be selected as the People’s Burger. (One (1) “Grand Prize Winner” or “Winning Entrant”) and the Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) year of Red Robin YUMMM® (12 gift cards valued at $30 per card), an Apple® iPad2 ($500 value) and a party at the nearest Red Robin® restaurant to Grand Prize Winner’s home for the Grand Prize Winner and 25 guests where the winning burger will be served (up to a $500 value).
