Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time the Promotion commences.
Timing : The Picture of Well-Being (the “Promotion”) will run for a total of eighteen (18) weeks, from November 15th, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. ET, through March 21st, 2014, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit of two hundred and two (202) Entries per person, per email address during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s) :
The Grand Prize Winner will receive $5,000.00 in AMEX gift cards. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00.
