Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry who do not purchase any equipment to participate in this Promotion. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters (including Autobytel and its agencies), any prize contributors, their respective related companies, franchisees and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing :
The Promotion begins June 9, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 25, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Submission Phase, visit http://www.roadtrip.myride.com and fill out the registration form, including a valid mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Then, upload one (1) photo of your car that emphasizes how cool your ride is and a caption fifteen (15) words or fewer describing the photo (the “Entry”). By completing the registration and submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Entry Guidelines:
- The photo must be in .jpg format;
- The photo must not exceed 2 MB in size; and
- The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Content Restrictions:
- The Entry must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- The Entry must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those that may appear on Entrant’s vehicle;
- The Entry must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
- The Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The Entry must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- The Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state.
Limit :
Each entrant may submit up to one (1) Entry during the Submission Phase.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which the entrant entered the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be $10,000.
ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: $500 Amazon.com gift card. ONE (1) CONTEST FIRST PRIZE: $250 Amazon.com gift card. ONE (1) CONTEST SECOND PRIZE: $100 Amazon.com gift card. FIVE (5) CONTEST THIRD PRIZES: $50 Amazon.com gift card.
