Eligibility :
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding NJ), who are the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Marriott Vacation Club International® (“MVCI” or “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), American Airlines, and any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, franchisees, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET October 1, 2007 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. ET September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
A. OFFLINE: To play the offline Instant Win Game, obtain an Official Marriott Millionaire Game Card (“game card”) at select Marriott Vacation Club desks, various retail outlets, marketing events and at consumer trade shows (“MVCI Events”) in the U.S. from October 15, 2007 through September 30, 2008, or while supplies last. To play the Instant Win Game, peel game card where indicated to reveal a scrambled image. To find if you are an instant winner, visit any participating MVCI desk/booth and provide your game card to a Marriott Representative. The Marriott Representative will verify game card by covering the game card with special acetate to see if your game card reveals a winning or non-winning message. If a winning message is revealed, you win the prize specified, subject to verification. To enter the Sweepstakes, on an Official Entry Form obtained from a participating MVCI desk/booth or plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, hand print your name, full address, zip code, daytime phone number and age and deposit entry in the ballot box at a participating MVCI Event by close of business on September 30, 2008.
B. ALTERNATIVE OFFLINE: To play the Instant Win Game and receive a Sweepstakes entry offline without visiting an MVCI Event, hand print your name, complete address, including zip code, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper. Mail your completed Instant Win Game play request/Sweepstakes entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Marriott Millionaire Sweepstakes Entry/Game Play Request, PO Box 7997, Melville, NY 11775-7997. Mail-in request entitles you to (1) one play in the offline Instant Win Game, which will be played on your behalf by the Administrator and (2) one Sweepstakes entry. If it is determined by Administrator that you have won an Instant Win Game prize, you will be notified by mail by Sponsor or Administrator. Only winning Instant Win Game play requests will be notified via an affidavit package or address verification letter within 6-8 weeks after verification. Mail-in Instant Win Game play requests/Sweepstakes entries will not be returned or acknowledged unless you are a winner. You may submit requests/entries as often as you wish, but limit one request/entry per envelope. To be eligible for this Promotion, requests/entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2008 and received by October 8, 2008.
ONLINE: To play the Instant Win Game and receive a Sweepstakes entry online, visit www.MarriottMillionaireSweeps.com or click on the Marriott Millionaire link at www.marriottvacationclub.com (“Promotion Web Sites”) during the Promotion Period and register by entering your e-mail address, name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and date of birth in order to receive your Sweepstakes entry. Once your Sweepstakes entry has been submitted, to play the online Instant Win Game, click on the Instant Win Game link and follow the on-screen instructions to find out if you are an instant winner. If the game play reveals a winning message, you win the prize specified (subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules). If the game play reveals a winning message (as indicated online), print a copy of the prize message for your records. Game plays must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008, to be eligible.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes, consisting of a Marriott “Millionaire’s” Package, including One Million Marriott Rewards® Points (Approximate Retail Value or “ARV”: $9,000; actual value may vary based on when and how Grand Prize winner chooses to redeem Marriott Rewards® Points), One Million Frequent Flyer Miles from winner’s choice of participating airlines (ARV: $17,050; actual value may vary based on when and how Grand Prize winner chooses to redeem Frequent Flyer Miles), and a $25,000 Marriott Gift Card. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $51,050.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES: FIRST PRIZES: One (1) First Prize is available to be awarded. The First Prize consists of 1,000,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $9,000). Estimated odds of winning a First Prize are one in 1,505,000 (1: 1,505,000).
SECOND PRIZES: Ten (10) Second Prizes are available to be awarded. Each Second Prize consists of 100,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $900 each). Estimated odds of winning a Second Prize are one in 150,500 (1: 150,500).
