Eligibility :
The Kohl’s “Isn’t it Grand?” Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on September 25, 2008, and ends online at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 11, 2008.
How to enter:
To enter, go to http://www.kohls.com during the Sweepstakes period, click on the Sweepstakes link and complete the registration form by entering your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address and daytime phone number. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the “Enter Now ” button on the Web site. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter online. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 11, 2008.
