Beginning at 8:00 PM ET on January 8, 2015, you’ll be able to access the entry form available online at discoveryfamilychannel.com to complete and submit the entry form including all requested information and the correct code (see above).
You may enter the sweepstakes only once during the sweepstakes period, which last only 24 hours, ending 9:00 PM ET on January 9, 2015.
Grand Prize
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded during the sweepstakes period and consists of a $5,000 Visa gift card.
