If you have a Qualifying Gift Card which is physical, enter and confirm the gift card number found by scratching off the gray box on the back of your gift card or the customer service number found on the gift card transaction receipt. If you have a Qualifying Gift Card which is an e-gift card, enter and confirm the order number found on the order confirmation email. Then complete the Official Online Entry Form, including first and last name, city, state, daytime phone number and e-mail address; and accept the Official Rules and click the “submit” button.
