Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to individuals, 18 or older and who are legal residents of the United States (except Florida & Puerto Rico) at the time of entry. Employees of Bellacor.com, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates, distributors, dealers and agents (“Bellacor.com and its agents”) and the immediate family members and members living in same household of each are not eligible.

Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bellacor.com, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 2425 Enterprise Drive, Suite 900, Mendota Heights, MN 55120 (“Sponsor’s Address”). January 1st, 2008, to December 31st 2008, at 11:59 a.m. CST. The “Drawing Date” is January 9, 2009. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this Contest.
How to enter:
Complete and submit an entry form online at www.bellacor.com. Limit one entry per person per day for the duration of the contest. To be eligible, entries for the Contest must be received no later than the Entry Deadline date. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, late or misdirected entries, all of which will be void.
Limit :
Each entrant may play one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period.
