Promotion Period : The Subway Meal Ticket Instant Win Game begins on June 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit a participating SUBWAY® restaurant (eligible states listed above) and purchase a FRESH VALUE MEAL® to receive a game card (the “Game Card”) with a scratch-off code (the “Code”). Then, visit www.subwaymealticket.com and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address and your Code. To receive a Code without making a purchase, click here to indicate that you do not have a code and to receive a free entry Code to include on your registration form. Once you submit the form, follow the directions to advance to the Instant Win Game page and play the Instant Win Game.
Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) Code per day and may play one (1) time per day, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period.
