Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: a private health celebration for winner and 25 guests to be held at a location near winner’s residence selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Event”). The Event will be 2 to 3 hours with food & non-alcoholic drinks included, a DJ and will include consultations with health and nutrition experts. Winner will also receive 4 bikes with helmets (2 adult bikes & 2 kids bikes, the makes and models of which shall be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), $1,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner (which may be used to help offset taxes on the prize) and free Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water for a year, awarded as coupons good for two free 24- count cases of half liter size bottles per month for one year (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,320).
One (1) First Prize: A trip to Miami to see The Cristina Show. First Prize consists of coach round trip airfare for the winner and one guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to Miami, Florida and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) in a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion which provides transportation to/from the airport and hotel. Prize also include two tickets to The Cristina Show on a date selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and ground transportation to and from The Cristina Show, plus a $250 debit card for expenses (ARV: $2,500).
